This AI Artistry Membership Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is entered into by and between Chengdu Aishang Office Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aishang Office") and all users (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "User") who use the membership services. This Agreement applies to your use of the membership services provided by Aishang Office. Please read all terms and conditions of this Agreement carefully before using the services.
The membership service refers to the exclusive rights and special services you receive upon payment (or receiving as a gift) for the membership fee, including but not limited to ad-free experience, unlimited generation of text-to-video or image-to-video, advanced parameter adjustments, etc. The specific content is detailed in the "User Benefits" section of AI Artistry. Aishang Office reserves the right to adjust or change membership rights and services based on market conditions, and you are required to accept such changes while enjoying the membership services.
1.2.1 Activating Membership Services
You need to register and have a valid AI Artistry account and complete the payment (or receive a gift) of the
membership fee to enjoy the corresponding membership rights and services. The membership rights and services
depend on the amount paid, the selected service level, participation in events, etc.
1.2.2 Change or Termination of Services
Changes or termination of services include but are not limited to:
- You voluntarily change or terminate the service (e.g., close the account, not renewing).
- Aishang Office actively changes or terminates the service due to your breach of contract.
- Service interruptions or terminations caused by legal regulations, national policies, or force majeure (such as
natural disasters).
- Adjustments made by Aishang Office due to its own business needs.
1.2.3 Account Protection and Management
You are responsible for properly managing your account information. Aishang Office will not be responsible for any
loss or damage caused by the leakage or loss of your account. Aishang Office has the right to take measures to
ensure account security, including but not limited to identity verification and SMS verification. If you refuse or
fail to complete the verification, Aishang Office may suspend services.
1.3.1 Fee Payment
Membership services are paid services. You must pay the relevant fees to use them. The fee standards and payment
methods are displayed on the AI Artistry page, and Aishang Office reserves the right to adjust the fee standards
based on market conditions.
1.3.2 No Refund Policy
Once the payment is completed, the membership service becomes effective, and the fee is non-refundable.
Membership services are for personal non-commercial use only. You are not allowed to transfer, rent, lend, share, or otherwise provide your account to others for use. If such behavior is found, Aishang Office has the right to suspend or terminate your service.
- You must not obtain membership services through illegal means (e.g., hacking, third-party software, etc.).
- Any membership service obtained through unofficial third-party channels is not protected, and Aishang Office has
the right to take actions, including but not limited to deleting accounts and suspending services.
The same account can be used on a maximum of two devices. If the account is found to be used on multiple devices simultaneously, Aishang Office has the right to restrict or suspend the service. You should avoid causing losses due to improper device use.
When participating in membership activities, you must comply with the activity rules. Any behavior of abusing or violating the rules to obtain benefits will be considered a violation, and Aishang Office has the right to cancel the related benefits and suspend or terminate the service.
If you violate the terms of this Agreement, Aishang Office can take the following actions:
- Delete or block violating content.
- Suspend or terminate the service.
- Restrict or deduct membership benefits.
- Take legal actions to pursue the related liabilities.
If your breach causes losses to Aishang Office or third parties, you will be fully responsible for the compensation, including but not limited to lawyer fees, litigation costs, etc.
Any content you upload or publish on the AI Artistry platform is your personal responsibility, and Aishang Office does not assume any responsibility for its authenticity, legality, or usability. You are fully responsible for any disputes arising from such content and must indemnify Aishang Office.
Due to system upgrades, technical maintenance, or force majeure, Aishang Office may suspend, change, or terminate part or all of the services. Aishang Office is not responsible for any loss caused by such interruptions.
You are prohibited from using the membership services for commercial, profit-making, or other non-personal purposes. You are not allowed to obtain membership services through illegal or fraudulent means. If such actions are detected, Aishang Office has the right to terminate the service.
Membership services are virtual products, and once the payment is made, they cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash. Any membership service obtained through unofficial channels is not protected, and Aishang Office has the right to suspend or terminate the service.
The establishment, execution, and interpretation of this Agreement are governed by Chinese law. If any disputes arise regarding the content of this Agreement, the parties will first attempt to resolve them through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the Chengdu Internet Court.
